Qrism is a performant and reliable Rust library for generating and reading QR codes. Supports multicolor QR for enhanced storage capacity alongside traditional black & white QR. Multicolor QR can store 3x times more data than regular QR. The library has received 1500+ downloads.
Watchparty is a Chrome extension that turns any online video into a shared living room, whether it’s on YouTube, Netflix, Prime, or anywhere else. Pick a memoji, create a lobby, share the link, and every play, pause, scrub, and mute syncs instantly across viewers. Float reactions from an emote tray and chat alongside the video, all without leaving the page.
A UX design challenge to put micromobility back on its upward trajectory after the pandemic. Scoot rethinks the e-scooter app around three problems operators actually struggle with: fleet rebalancing, vehicle abuse, and rider safety. Return-trip discounts and drop-off incentives nudge riders to redistribute the fleet, image-based parking checks and security deposits curb misuse, and a Web3 layer rewards riders with carbon-credit-backed tokens instead of platform-locked coins.
